What format are the guides in?
The guides are delivered as typeset PDF files, designed to be read on screen or printed. Each guide is between 80 and 140 pages.
Do these fit all breeds?
Yes. The guides are written for all dogs and all breeds, with specific notes where the breed plays a role. Where a topic differs significantly for a breed group, we mention it clearly.
What does 'updates for life' mean?
When new evidence on a topic emerges, we update the guide and send the new edition to everyone who has already purchased it, at no extra cost, forever.
Do I need to purchase all five guides?
No. Each guide works independently. Most people start with the guide that suits their dog's current life stage and add more over time. The package with all five (SEK 749) is the best value.
Who wrote the guides?
The guides are written by a dog owner who has cared for dogs at all life stages, and thoroughly cross-referenced with current veterinary research. We are not veterinarians, but we have done the homework so you don't have to start from scratch.
Is there a physical version?
Not yet. The guides are currently only available digitally. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when a printed edition becomes available.
How do I get the guide after purchase?
You will receive an email with a download link immediately after completing your purchase. The link is valid for 30 days, and you can download the guide three times.
Can I return a digital guide?
Unfortunately, digital products cannot be returned once downloaded. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing and we will help you choose the right guide.
What about the physical products (beds and toys)?
Physical products are delivered within 3-7 business days within Sweden. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods. Contact us if you have any questions about your order.

Lyhyesti: toimitus Pohjoismaihin, 3–7 arkipäivää. 30 päivän palautusoikeus fyysisille tuotteille. Digitaalisia oppaita ei palauteta lataamisen jälkeen.
Miten palautan tuotteen?
Kirjaudu tilillesi → klikkaa Tilaukset → valitse kyseinen tilaus → vieritä alas kohtaan Pyydä palautusta. Valitse tuote ja ilmoita syy — palaamme asiaan vuorokauden sisällä palautustarralla ja ohjeilla.
Fyysiset tuotteet voi palauttaa 30 päivän kuluessa toimituksesta alkuperäisessä kunnossa. Asiakas maksaa palautuskulut. Digitaalisia oppaita ei voi palauttaa lataamisen aloittamisen jälkeen — jos olet epävarma, mikä opas sopii, ota yhteyttä ennen ostoa.
Mikä tekee Luminessasta erilaisen?
Kolme asiaa:
Oppaat eivät ole netistä koottuja tiivistelmiä — ne ovat syvällisiä, tieteeseen perustuvia ja antavat täydellisen vastauksen koirasi elämän tiettyyn vaiheeseen.
Mellow-tuotteet on tehty yksinomaan luonnonmateriaaleista (lampaannahka ja villa) — ilman synteettisiä täyteaineita tai kemiallisia pintakäsittelyjä.
Olemme pieni tiimi, joka vastaa jokaiseen kysymykseen. Puhut aina ihmisen kanssa.
